I was trying to move my “test” server over to a raspberry pi and I think I added the wrong claim to the Preferences.xml file or was logged in to my test email. I believe I added the claim code from my test server to my main Plex server, and now everything has gone to pot.
I can access my account using the local IP, but I can’t see my own server. I do see the couple of servers that my friends invited me to.
I have reset the Preferences per the “Why am I Locked Out” article, and removed everything from the authorized devices, but still can’t get the server to appear.
Please advise. Server is running in a docker container on an Ubuntu 22.04 machine. Strangely, I can’t even get to the account using one Plex image, but can with the official image and the linuxserver image. But I realize thats beyond the scope of this forum.
