Plex cannot see newly added files

QNAP - windows as the server (faster)
Been on Plex 1 year - not that it matters
Plex Premium - not that it matters

Files are named correctly, I am very ■■■■ about my file names
D:\Videos\TV Shows\Emergency\Season 1 (file structure example)

Emergency - S1E1- Pilot (example)

Added a TV show today (emergency) the old classic fire fighter series
Removed a TV show due to naming issue on a sub-folder (bar rescue)

I did the whole nine yards, removed the files from the server, emptied trash, cleaned bundles, moved files back, re-scanned

Still not seeing the removed show ( bar rescue) or the show only added not removed ( emergency)

At a loss, click scan library and Plex barely even tries to scan, circle goes around half way and stops (dashboard icon top right).

Yes I can still watch and play movies and tv shows without issue, I also have no problem with adding or removing files from the server (permissions seem fine - Everyone - RW)
thoughts anyone?

RESOLVED::::

qnap and windows 10 issue - where windows cant see the nas drive that is still an issue -

Windows restarted and removed the Z Drive that was mapped from the nas

Re-added the mapped drive to windows and everything came up, odd how i could still play movies and shows with the drive “missing”

I recommend you to use 2-digit episode and season numbers,
Emergency - S01E01- Pilot.ext
except when you have a show which uses the year as a season number
Looney Tunes (1929) - s1952e16 - Ain't She Tweet.ext
or when there is a season where the episode numbers go above 99. Then use 3-digit numbers for all files in this season.
Show Title (year) - s01e109 - optional info.ext
