Plex can't find my server locally or remotely after a QNAP restore

Server Version#:QNAP TS-451+
Player Version#:1.18.9.2578-513b381af

I recently did a full backup/restore of my QNAP TS-451+ due to a failing drive. The restore was successful and the Plex directories and Media folders are in the same exact paths as I had them before. However, reconnecting Plex to these libraries isn’t working. I can confirm that the QNAP is indeed running PMS, it’s updated, and I’m signed into my account on both the QNAP and the web app.

I even tried loading Plex Web within QNAP’s browser station, which emulates Chrome inside a window, but when I logged into my Plex account, it started to try and create a new server entirely. I cancelled that process out of concern it might mess with my metadata. The original server is still listed on my account, but Plex thinks it’s unreachable.

This issue is the same whether I’m on the same network as the QNAP or remotely.

Any advice much welcome.
