My plex is unable to connect to the server. It meeps saying unable to locate but it appears on my pc and i can access the Nas (sever) with all files on the pc but not via plex.

I don’t know a lot about running Plex on a NAS but surly there is a way you can tell if the Plex server is running on the NAS through a GUI. Is it?
Both the server and your mobile phone must be on the same network.

Your mobile phone is on your home WiFi

Your Syno also has an IP address which is accessible from your home WiFi.
(My syno is wired but accessible via the WiFi AP → Switch → Syno ) -
Double check that, if you’re using the DSM firewall (most of us don’t use it), you’ve opened the firewall ports.
