Plex Cant play certain movies

so im gonna start this off with saying i know i have verbose logging on but i promise ill keep it as clean as possible with that being said.

Recently i really wanted to watch some movies which is kinda weird for me cause im normally just a anime guy, but i got a hankering to watch [Edge of Tomorrow] and after a few seconds of it playing it jumped to the ending menu to replay the movie as if i had already watched the whole thing. Thinking i might have hit a button or something i tried again and it happened again at the exact same spot. So naturally i switch to Xbox series X to try the same movie and exact same thing in the exact same spot, so as curious as i was i decided to watch it on my desktop and it works flawlessly so then i try every single device in my house and none work with that movie and a bunch of other movies. so below im gonna attach the logs showing the session terminates.

and i get very similar responses when i use my xbox series x as well.
