I have Linux Mint 22.2 installed.
To match the rest of my folder structure, I have renamed the Video Folder to Movies.
And copied my 2000 Movies into it.
It works just fine from within Mint.
But I just can’t for the life of me get plex to see this folder.
Before I Renamed the folder I Tested it by copying just one movie into it.
Now Plex can’t even see it in it’s natural envirenment .
Even in Windows 11 or my NAS TS264 , Plex can See my Movie Folder.
Any help would be appreciated.

If PMS running on Linux, did you install the DPKG or SNAP version?
1— Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon.
2—- Qnap TS264 NAS ( Two 4TB 870 Evo SSD”s Connected in raid0.
3—- What do you mean ( PMS runs where ? ) I’ve had it running in Windows 11 , the TS264 and on Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon , with the movies stored on a local 4tb ssd in windows 11 and LM.

I presume this is the problem you’re trying to solve.
I’m asking because you seem to have media stored all over the place

My Main PC, Home Built i9 with128gb RAM, Four 1TB 990Pro SSD’s, ( Using Intel RST from the Bios to make a 4TB Raid0 Array ).
Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon installed on this Array.
I have Plex Media Server installed on Mint.
The Problem is I can’t get Plex to See my Movie Folder.
As I said earlier, I am using the Default Folder for Videos/Movies.
But when I go to tell Plex that the Movies are in the Home Movie Folder, it just can’t see it.
Ive tried to copy a shortcut to that location and enter it in , where plex asks for the location.
But that doesn’t work either.
So I am Stumped , at present I can”t use Plex under Linux.
I am back in Windows 11 and Plex is Periing like a Kitten
