i have reinstalled windows 11 multiple of times and when setting up my media on plex server it keeps crashing my pc. even going into BSOD. this is repeated multiple times and can no longer use Plex media server like this. here is the log i got from it crashing windows mini dump. Please someone help me with this. never had this issue before. new windows 11 install as of 5/20/2025

I’m no expert at reading the mini dump, but it looks like it’s the scanner causing the problem. It might be running into a bad file. Check the scanner logs and see if it tells you what file it was scanning when it crashed.
