Hey @chuckpa I have also been experiencing this issue the past 4 days, can you kick my certificate?
Thank you!
Hi @ChuckPa, I’m also experiencing this issue. When you’ve time could you kick my cert too please? Should you see multiple servers on my account - “Primus” is the only one I use.
Many thanks!

Please stop your server(s) and remain close by.
Let me know which server(s), by name, have been stopped and I will reset.
It seems this process works better if the server is stopped , the reset performed, and the server restarted within 5 minutes of the reset.
While the server is shut down, also please verify the system time is in sync with the network time daemons. (there is date/time stamp in the certificate with expiration of 5 minute initial period)
Hal has been stopped. Ready to reboot.
You can wake Hal up and see if he would like to talk to Sal
Ok, I’ve stopped Plex Server Mac 5K.
Thanks
Certificate reset. You may restart now
Done.
Thank you, it is working again.
It looks like I have the same problem. Can you fix the cert for my server please ?
Stop the server please. Check the system time (ntp)
It’s done. Date is OK.
root@nas:~# systemctl stop plexmediaserver.service

NAS reset. You may restart
@ChuckPa Apologies, I had followed another thread to the one you had locked. My server is called Bilbo, unsure as to why you’re seeing two of them. I can rename my server temporarily if need be.
Thanks again!
Hi @ChuckPa,
I think I misunderstood last night and Plex wasn’t stopped when you reset my certificate. I have stopped it now, is it possible to perform the reset again on ‘SynologyNAS’
Thanks
It worked many thanks !
Syno has been reset. You may start it now
