Plex Client apps plays videos in wrong orientation

Server Version#: 1.32.8 QNAP
Player Version#: Android 10.6.0

I have quite a few videos recorded with mobile phone that when I play them on Plex on my Android device they get played sideways. Rotated 90 degrees or even 180 degrees for some landscape videos. The same issue happens on my chromecast and samsung tv.

However when I play the same videos on my laptop through the web plex they play just fine.

I have seen this issue is discussed on Reddit again but haven’t seen a solution yet.

Is there a solution to this problem?
