Server Version#: Latest on shield ( no problem with server )

I have a plex server running on Nvidia shield tv. Everything is good and dandy about it. It works well and I can access it remotely over my phone through web client ( with wifi off and while connected to 4g ). However I can’t seem to remotely access it from my work macbook pro.
Earlier I was able to access my server from work with a windows laptop, but the problem started since I got macbook pro.
So I am pretty sure it has something to do with macbooks firewall or port blocking. What ports on my mac do I need to unblock to connect remotely to my server. I have setup port forwarding on my router for port 32400 to go to my servers same port.
