When playing BD remux files with high bitrate > 80 mbps the playback is buffering every 20 seconds …It’s not an internet problem (everything is connected to ethernet), direct play from Nas. My new Apple TV and Vlc app on Nvidia shield play the files flawlessly …
It a plex client problem for the Nvidia shield …and unfortunately PLEX its not doing anything about it…

I found out a solution…I discovered that when I install plex server directly on my Nvidia shield and not on the nas the buffering goes away.So I mounted my nas drive on the shield installed plex server and now no more buffering.Maybe the plex server on my ds214play (synology) had limitations.So everything solved and I hope I helped other members out there.
