So I know I can’t delete media in the web app, like in a regular server, but when I’ve deleted media from my storage provider, it still shows in my Plex Cloud. I don’t see any way of changing this, or deleting the items. Does anyone know what I’m missing, or is this a bug?
After deleting the file, did you tell Plex to ‘Scan Library Files?’ Plex should remove the entry in that process.
Yep, I’ve done that many times. It picks up new media just fine, but doesn’t seem to notice deleted media.
Try emptying the trash by clicking Empty Trash.

For anyone still having this problem, I think I found the solution. In the web app, open up the menu for the library you need to update on the right hand side, and click Analyze. Takes a while depending on the size of the library, but worked for me.
