Sorry for the late reply, I haven’t used Plex for several months now (moved to Emby last year when Plex started to add all this crappy ad ridden content) so I tend to forget to check this forum.
I wouldn’t really know the answer anyway because it’s just hubby and myself who watch stuff… but direct play I’d say several concurrent streams easily. My Paris server has no trouble transcoding anything - though I don’t have any 4k content so can’t comment on that!
