Plex Cloud v1.5.2.246-1a7319ace has been released to all users

FIXES:

  • Server could fail to startup when Dropbox returned errors grabbing file metadata
  • Server would fail to start when a username contains special characters

NEW:

  • (Scanner) Cancelled scans resume from where they left off. This ensures server termination will not impact initial scan progress.
  • PMS features from recent releases (see main PMS release notes)

FIXES:

  • (Transcoder) A number of playback errors resolved (could manifest as failed playback / shaka errors / 503s)
  • (Infrastructure) Significant infrastructure work to resolve server timeouts, failed startups and lock-outs
