It’s been happening for as long as I can remember. On crashing, the cast ceases functioning, but the app continues to report everything’s normal. The only fix is completely stopping Chromecast and killing the app entirely, at which point if I can still be bothered to try and rewind, I have to start the stream on my phone, rewind, stop the stream, then start the cast from the correct time. If I try to rewind after restarting the cast, it simply crashes again.
