Plex Connects works with iPad and not with ATV3

Hi,

 

Something strange here and hoping someone will be so kind to help.

 

I've installed everything the way shown on the net.

When I open plex on the atv3 I get to see the content but when I want to watch something, I get an error "An error occurred loading this content"

 

Yesterday I bought the plex app for iPad and when I click the same content and stream it also through the atv3, it works perfectly.

 

Somehow everything seems to work fine expect watching the video's without the iPad.

 

Does anyone have a clue why this is happening, why I need the ipad to watch content through atv3?

You should past some logs, and also give some information what kind of media youre trying to play and what kind of server youre using
