Plex Contact Email

I posted in this forum about the pricing change and never heard from anyone at Plex.  Is there any contact email or other way of contacting someone at Plex?

Well .. you have done all you need to do. 

Actually - what do you expect to happen? Them to reverse a decision they made already on pricing? They do need to pay their employees. Software Development is not Free

If they made a mistake in how you got charged then email to plexpass (at) plex.tv would be needed.

The reason I kept harping on it is that a person posted in the same thread a similar issue and he got help.

Your comment about software development not being free is rather insulting.  Frankly I am not a major user but have used the free service at times and had wanted to move to the paid version not because I would be really using anything from the premium service but really because I wanted to pay them something for what I had already received.

sorry if you took it that way. It was a general comment / observation on what is happening in the industry where apps are expected now to be free. I don't know how we got there but the expectation now is that software is free which I personally believe is wrong. My comments were not specifically relating to plex.

But we do not know what the help was.

In any case, if you feel that the Plex Team gave a favorable price to one person but not another (you) for requests made at the same time then you have the right to complain by writing to plexpass (at) plex.tv

Yes, as you said we do not what the help was and since no one at Plex has chosen to respond I guess we never will.

I have nvidea shild and every time click on plex and then sign it it tells me to go to plextv link when i do it tells me iam alredy sign in i can not use plex cause it keeps telling me to go enter code

I can see you have a server running on an Nvidia Shield. I presume it is the plex client app that you are trying to use - could you get a screenshot of any error
If it is to link to the account, then you would need to enter the url shown and the pin code
