Plex crash on the server

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing Plex media server crash.
When I start playing a media file from my android Device everything goes well and I can play all the files I want, but as soon as I try to start playing from a SmartTV, LG or Samsung, the Plex Media server crash and I need to re-open the plex application on the server.

Here attached you can find the log and the dump file, I don’t know if someone can kindly help on that please.

Looks like a crash in the intel graphics adapter driver igdumdim32.dll

I suspect this is a driver issue - see this post

if I have to disable the hardware accelateration, which one I have to disable?

The driver version appears to be within the range of versions that crashed

Hopefully you would not need to do that

First it would be the 2nd setting - the one about encoding

Hi, thank you for your support, unfortunatelly I cannot update the drivers, it seems not optimized for my hardware and not allow me to install. I’ll proceed with to disable the encoding hw accelerated.
