Plex Media Server PMS keeps crashing for no reason

I’ve been using PLEX for more than a year and in the last few months that I’ve increased the number of users my PMS has been crashing continuously. Initially I thought it was video card saturation, I put in an NVIDIA P2200 to test, it kept crashing.
