Hello, this may have been asked before, but couldn’t find a solution to my problem…
Whenever I turn on SRT subtitles, Plex crashes after a few minutes with a message saying: “Conversion failed. The transcoder crashed or failed to start up.”
Is it possible to fix this and if so, how?

There is already a registered issue to do with crashes of the transcoder when subs are used.
If you can get it to fail with a short video clip and associated srt and confirm it is failing and providing zipped Plex Media Server logs, and provide the sample files, then I will add it to the issue that is being investigated
