I have been having issues over the past 2 weeks with Plex Media Server running on Windows Server 2019. What I have observed is that plex will start showing as unavailable to users and I am unable to go directly to the 127.0.0.1:32400/web while on the server (Site will not load). Plex media server is still running in the task tray. Sometimes the server will come back on its own after a minute or two, but sometimes I have to manually stop it from the task tray, and start it again.

I am getting hundreds of these errors in the logs for

I removed all DVR’s but I am still getting those errors.
Originally I thought that this issue may be related to https://forums.plex.tv/t/transcoder-crashing-on-direct-play-files-with-subtitles-enabled-near-the-end-of-the-video/845912? but after downgrading as recommended in that post, that did not solve the issue. Plex is crashing every 10 minutes it seems. I am not sure where to procede from here, and dont want to blow away my entire plex install unless I have to.
