First off I never have issues direct playing 4K HDR, to my fault, my CCwGTV had auto-update on; I was watching a movie earlier in the day, in the evening I wanted to continue watching it but would crash upon loading/playing.
I tried to troubleshoot and it’s the .srt file that is making it crash. I play it fine without issue when subs are off, I then manually turn them on and the client crashes but goes back to the movie’s screen.
PMS dashboard just says everything is in directplay. I checked logs, but all it states is that it is truncated at 00:09:18.377. Hopefully someone can check my log that I attached. I restarted server, even updated to the new 64-bit version; restarted client app, reinstalled as well.
