Plex Dashboard History only showing Local plays, not remote plays

I only see my plays, which are local to my network, on my Dashboard. When I look at other users, it doesn’t show any until I go back to the 90d view and then I see some. I had someone tell me explicitly that they watched something today, so I found it super odd that I’m not seeing any history of it.

Any reason why this isn’t working and how to get it to work? It’s driving me a little crazy thinking no one is watching when they clearly are! Even watching at a friend’s house, on their ID and network, doesn’t show up as having happened even though I was there.
