Plex "Dashboard" in settings is only visible when I am remote

Why is it the plex DASHBOARD in the settings menu only visible when I am remote?

When I am local and go to setting under the server name it says
Now Playing
Alerts
Sync
Conversions

but when I am remote it says
Dashboard
Alerts
Sync
Conversions

When I go to Dashboard while remote I can see
Current Bandwidth
* By All, Remote, or Local & by Time period
Top Users
* By Time period
Play History
* By Media type, By User, and By Time Period
Top Played
* By User, and By Time Period

When I go to Now Playing when local I get none of this. Please fix this I would rather see this when local vs when remote but ideally I should be able to see it at either time.

Dashboard only works with on the Plex Web version hosted on http://app.plex.tv. The Plex Web version packaged with PMS is a few versions behind hense why you don’t see it.
