PLEX decides to "Delete" Library

I was just trying to refresh a library so a file that I changed would be switched to the new file.
Something like switch from a 1080p file to 2160p file for a movie.

However, it just ended up deleting the entire library.
I can’t even get it to repair again. Someone gave me instructions on how to fix this issue. But they aren’t working in this case.

I’ve tried to delete the the Movie libary, and to re-add. I can still access the files on the server, and nothing has change in terms of permissions. Not sure why this won’t work again.[Plex Media

It looks like you told Plex to ignore practically everything with a .plexignore file

Would it be
* / *
to block a folder named “*”

Anyways would probably be easier with a different folder name. I removed that line, and now it works.
