Plex defaults to lower quality stream files

Hi,

I have some videos available in pairs of files, at 4K (2160p) and FHD (1080p) resolution respectively.

The Plex LG (WebOS) app strangely defaults to the lower resolution FHD files. Even though the Plex app for LG is configured to use Original resolution. For both local and remote streams. Quality Suggestions are disabled, as that was preventing a very large number of videos from playing at all.

Note that Plex Web (e.g. for Chrome on macOS) does not have this issue. It defaults to the 4K files just fine.

The app will prefer the one that it can direct play. Is the 1080p version direct playing? Does the 4k one direct play of you manually select it?
