Hello, Plex is deleting my episodes with name nameofserie 101,102,103, Before scan all good. Now is I select update metadata delete this episodes of plex and I need rename this episodes with 1x01,1x02 etc. I would like that work same before because I would need rename a lot if not.

I am sure it is not actually deleting the files themselves though.
Check the settings for each series. Make sure Plex is configured to keep the episodes.
Using Plex Web, go to the TV Library. Move your pointer/mouse over the desired TV Show, then select the pencil in the lower left corner. Check settings in Advanced.

Yes. I had that settings. Now try again and if episodes are like nameoftvshows 101,102,103 and I select update metadata for scan a new episiode, plex delete all episodes. Then I need go to the tvshow folder and rename like 1x01,1x02 or S01E01, S1E02.
So Plex is not deleting the files from your server, it is just not displaying them in the client, correct?
If so, then as @JCHH mentions, you must rename them according to Plex standards.
Plex does not support 101, 102, etc nor 1x01, 1x02, etc. You must use S01E01, etc as shown in Plex’s documentation.
Yes, correct. But always show with 101,102, im about 5 years with server but now not. And before, displaying all. Now when I add a new episode and scan in Plex media server, not displaying the last season and I need rename all :(. More than 1500 tv shows. Omg

copy some episodes to a separate area.
play with them , renaming a few at a time
gain more confidence.
As you get more confident, you’ll find you end up taking a whole bunch (25-50) at a clip. On my slow internet, that translates to about 1 minute per block of 50 (full series). With 1500 (1500/50 = 30), and a proper renaming template, 30 minutes work at best, probably 1 hr maximum inclusive of learning time.
My TV series are stored under /nas/tv
My FileBot renaming rule is therefore /nas/tv/{n}/Season {s.pad(2)}/{n} - {s00e00} - {t}
where:
{n} = name.
{s} = season number,
pad(2) = padded with leading zero to 2 digits,
{t} = episode title
If FileBot sees any ambiguities, it will ask for resolution as it matches.
If there are illegal characters in the naming, it will confirm permission to clean it up prior to renaming .
If there are collisions (destination file), it will so state and allow you to skip it (remove from the renaming list).
I have all my library in drive so is more difficult. I understand that if I dont name the episode well, plex dont show like before but I dont understand why now delete/not displaying all that before yes. Really very work for me now
