Plex deleting metadata then refeeshing the folder and redownloading it

Hello, I am experiencing an issue that I have no idea on how to solve. When I watch movies on my server, everything works fantastic. But when I go to watch a series it plays for a bit then it kicks me out saying there was a transcoder error, then when I get back into my library ALL the metadata has been deleted, and Plex is redownloading it.

Please help me resolve this issue as it is very annoying and makes me unable to watch any tv series.

Might be something with the new plex update then?

Just a quick update:

The issue seemed to be a one-time thing, as it has stopped now, and everthing works fine.
