Plex desktop app won't load shows/movies after 10 minutes of working

This just started happening recently. I will open the Plex desktop app and it logs in just fine and shows all my media. I can click around and everything is totally fine. Say I then pick a show to watch and watch it without issue. When the show is over I can’t see any more episodes of the show I’m watching and just get a spinning wheel. If I go back to my homepage I can still see all my media but if I click on a movie…spinning wheel. If I pick a show… spinning wheel. I can at this point only see my home page. I can no longer get to a show and see seasons. I never get an error the wheel just spins indefinitely. I have no issues on TV apps or my Nvidia shield, only my Plex desktop app. I’ve also confirmed it’s not my home network as it does the same thing at my office. Any ideas? I’m not sure how to pull logs but can if needed.

Sounds like the same issue as has been reported Plex win10 client apps dropping connection to server on different pc's

I was about to open a new post on this as well, and found that one. Just thought I would let you know it looks like they are aware.

Awesome, thank you for responding. I thought I was going crazy being the only one with this issue. I couldn’t find anything on it. Glad to know it’s a known issue now. I can finally stop turning things on and off hoping it would be fixed. lol.
