I"ve got a lifetime pass, but I’m not able to download from my friend’s plex server, when I use the Windows desktop client. I’m running Windows 11 Professional.
I also have the desktop client on a Mac, I’m able to download the same videos from my friend’s server. I only have 1 plex account and I’m signed in to my plex account on both systems.
I see the download icon on the windows client, click on it, but nothing happens.
Would someone help me to understand why?

Client logs might give some pointer as for what’s going on/wrong.
Could be some networking issue or blocking.
Are you able to play the video in question from your friend’s library (without downloading it first)?
Yes, playing works.
I"m looking through the logs from that date. I don’t see anything specifically related to downloads as being a problem, but much of the logs is admin-level stuff.
I do see a lot of these entries:

Are these a bad sign?
I wasn’t sure if I should disable Insecure Fallbacks.
That should be irrelevant.
