A user I invited is unable to play or download anything, even though I enabled downloads for her. She successfully logged in using the Windows player, but the option to download does not appear in the (…) menu, and whenever she tries to play a movie, she gets “Playback Error: An error occurred while trying to play X”. My only instinct was to try and resolve the infamous Secure Connections problem, but there doesn’t seem to be a relevant setting on the client side. (Secure connections are set to “Preferred” on the server side.)
Any help would be appreciated.
