Plex Desktop Webplayer on Chrome constantly Crashing

Hi,

I am running into an issue on Plex Desktop Web Player on Chrome for Windows 10 Professional 64 bit version constantly crashing. I have to refresh the browser in order to get the player to start again, however Plex will not play the original streaming file it will create a duplicate streaming file and not clear out the old one so the Dashboard will show two streams of the same file. This has been going on for a while now through numerous versions. Attached is the Debug file
