Plex disconnecting from Remote Access

Hello,
My Plex server keeps disconnecting from Remote Access. I am trying to continue to share my media with others and I am having issues with the Remote Access turning on and off. I go to the remote access and disable and then turn it back on and it stabilizes for a bit, but then it turns off again.

Please help and advise.

Does it actually turn off or is this simply about some disconnect on the side of the status indicator?

Beyond that:

  • what version of PMS do you have installed on your Mac and what version of macOS is it running on?
  • has remote access been working stable before?
  • have you already checked out the Troubleshooting Remote Access | Plex Support ?
