Unfortunately, 100% certain 
Just search Kate Hudson and the result will pop up under people. When you then go to their cast profile, boom you have Known For and Filmography with all the plex stuff I don’t want. Enabling Include adult content in your libraries has no impact on this.
Would be so easy if they would just give us control to disable those sections → Remove "Known For and Filmography" from Cast Discover Credits 
like we can with the rest of the discover stuff …
