So I am using my Oculus Rift S and using Skybox VR player (app) to watch my VR shows. It takes forever to load any video thumbnails. I tried a different VR player and it loads them super fast, but those won’t play my videos. My server is using my LAN to the computer with the Oculus in case you need to know. My server should be on the latest current release.
What can I do to generate VR video thumbnails? I was thinking of about 512x512. How can I do between 180 vs 360, SBS and OU? Is there an automated way to get just one side so I don’t have double images in my thumbnail? If there is not an automated way, what is the best manual way to proceed?
