This is how it looks like

it did found it but i will not do that with every movie

Switch your Agent to “Plex Movie” and Refresh Metadata on the whole library
Pros use FileBot
I have never had a metadata issue with Plex, finds the data everytime once I have named the file with FileBot, nice thing is Filebot will put the movie into the correct naming convention as well, easy-peasy.
Kodi or emby does not have a problem with that. FileBot is not free. I used mediaelch with kodi but emby found everything without any problem.
That is what I don’t get. Isn’t Plex the same thing like emby?
Under Settings → Manage → Libraries Choose your movie Library, under general set your library type to Movies and Language to Deutsch then rescan/refresh
Also pls list your dir structure and file naming example from stuff that did not get matched.
do you speak german?
I changed it but still the same
I do.
Bud spencer filme hat er schon mal nicht gefunden.
Sind aber richtig geschrieben
Can you manually match the bud spencer movies?
it found all tv shows besides Becker. I can’t even fix match becker.

You are missing half the metadata, what happens if you do the fix match on Zwei Asse trumpfen auf and select the first hit, do you get a poster then?
Did you rescan and refresh metadata?
You got original titles enabled, yet it shows the german title. There is something weird going on.
Also we still need dir structure and file naming.
Edit: Found the file/dirname on one of your pictures. You named the file and dir wrong.
Here is an article on how to name files properly:
But why does emby find them?
I have anime as well. It would take me a long time to change it
Emby is a different Application and has nothing to do with plex or plex naming. ¯\(ツ)/¯
I have emby premium but it doesn’t work as good as Plex. External connection doesn’t work at all.
A lot of people here use filebot. Is it good and would it find anime as well?
Like e200 but it is actually S2E80 for instance
Idk, I have never used filebot. Ppl on the forum seem pretty happy with it.
FIleBot alows the use of several title source databases and then provides a scale of possible acurate matches for the actual title to what you have the filed named as. FileBot also allows you to created what format convention you like as a defualt and then will rename the file to that convention.
After using filebot all I do is cut and past it into the Plex folder and it ALWAYS finds the metadata and posters becuase the file has now been filtered and renamed to the proper database name, no issues. Basically use filebot to resolve all the conflicts and find the proper title, rename and just drop it into Plex.
It is much easier to resolves metatdata and proper filenames with FIleBot than trying to get Plex to clean up a mismatched filename.
What is even more amazing is it will do entire series episodes all at once. I commonly will burn 24 episodes in a TV season and drop them all into FileBot, it cleans them all at once then I just dump to Plex.
