Plex does not play any .mp4 files on my NAS. It plays .mkv & .avi but not .mp4

My Plex has stopped playing all the .mp4 files stored on my NAS including newly added .mp4 files.

What can you tell us? Can you go to Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs
