Plex wont play certain files

after much fiddling i got plex installed, and recognizing my library. Some files still will not play from my NAS to my roku or my PC.

an .mkv with AAC 5.1 audio also a .mp4 with AAC 5.1 audio.

ive included the logs. please let me know if there is something im missing.
