Plex does not recognize all files on my NAS Drive

I’m running an old 3TB WD My Book Live and installed Plex on my PC to stream it to my Smart TV and a Roku Express that I have on another TV. My problem is that not all files are recognized by Plex. For example, I have 6 seasons of a comedy stored on my WD and Plex recognizes all 32 of the first season episodes but only one in season 3 and none in seasons 2 and 4-6. I haven’t purchased a Plex pass yet due to this, wondering if that is the problem? Any ideas or suggestions to help would be greatly appreciated.

Plex not seeing files is often due to the way the files are named. Can you provide a screenshot of the files for Season 3?
