plex doesn’t see a series of files, I’ve done various tests, changing the file name, format, etc. but nothing, what other tests can I do? It’s a 6-episode series. I only see episodes 5 and 6 while the others don’t and they’re all the same format and text. Help
The most common issue causing this is indeed bad file naming / organization.

I have seen the link sent and I think I do everything correctly, I use a single folder where I insert all the films and series and sometimes it doesn’t detect them, while other times it happens, only with some files, which associates them together when it should separate them , even renaming them.
The strange thing is that it has been happening for a few months, maybe some updates?
My current version is: 1.40.3.8555
Example of renaming that I use for TV series: SerieName_01_01 or SeriesName_0101
No, absolutely not. The naming you use is nowhere mentioned in the official naming guide for tv shows.
