Plex does not see Glee Season 5 disks

For some reason my Plex server does not see my Glee Season 5 disks.
Naming is: Glee (2009)/Season 5/Disk 1/Glee s05e01 (2009)_t00

Season 4 which has the exact same naming structure does show.

Moved the folder elsewhere, emptied the TV Show trash, moved the folder back. Activity doesn’t show the newly restored folder as being scanned. Do a rescan of TV Shows and again no activity. Season does not show.

What am I missing?

I would start with dropping the disc subfolder.
Adding or removing tiers of the folder structure might work if you get lucky… until it doesn’t.

Copied the files to the top level directory Season 5. No change.

Server logs might show what’s going on/wrong when you scan the library.

It might also be worth a shot to switch the library to display by Episodes and filter for duplicates, to identify if the episodes might have been catalogued as something entirely different.
