Plex doesn't scan anymore for new content

Hello Guys,
i have a big problem with the newest serverupdate to 1.15.1.707. The problem wasn’t there on 1.14.
Since the new update i can’t scan for new content on my Plex media Server wich is running on my Synology DS 916+.
I scan for content manually every time i put some content in the folders for movies or series. and with 1.14. this worked fine. Rename Series and/or movie like in the plex guideline, put it in the folder, klick on the three dots at mediathek and on scan library.
(i don’t know the exact english wording because i am using it in german.)
And then the circle starts to spin and it finds all new content.

But now with the newest server version. i do exactly the same. click on scan library and the circle starts to spin for only a very short time and it doen’t find the new content i put in the folders, i don’t know why this seems like a big bug to me wich makes plex for me now unusable. with the old version i could here the disk work in my synology every time i scan for new content. But now they disk stay silent so for me it seems that plex does not search for new content like it should.

i hope you can help me because this bothers me a lot.

Ok, i don’t know why but i tried everything more times, restarted the server and the Plex Server and now it works again. the SSH command didn’t worked thou.
