Plex download option available on Apple TV 4K 128 Go (3rd gen)?

Hello,
Before buying Apple TV 4K 128 Go (3e gen) for my parents, I wanted to know if the download option is working with plex app for Apple TV 4K 3rd gen ?

Plex Documentation → Downloads for Offline Use → Downloads Overview

There is no download option for the Apple TV.

Downloads are available only on the Plex mobile and desktop apps.
