Plex Downloads feature downloads same item in a loop

Player Version#: 8.1

I queued download for a playlist with 9 items. The first couple of items download fine, but for the next few it goes into a loop, downloading each one 2 or more times before proceeding to the next. So it takes a really long time to download the entire playlist. Is this a known bug?
