How to stop PLEX from duplicating movie or TV show entries. It also won’t keep 4 similarly named movies clear (Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, Alien 4) - screws them up entirely.
How do it get these resolved

Put every movie in its own subfolder.
Don’t use ‘Collection’ subfolders. (or if you do, put every movie inside the collection folder again into its own, individual subfolder)
Name the movie files exactly after the official recommendation
Official Movie Title (year) - [anything else like codecs etc]
If there are .nfo files in the same folder, make sure they contain the correct IMDb ID for the movie.
Use the Plex Dance to clear out persistent mismatches from the Plex DB.

Did not work really.
Still having issues, and here is what folder structure looks like.
Have Multimedia
have Movies under that
then by movie title(s)
Only Aladdin (2019) is correct, from what I can see.
How do the file names look like inside those folders?
Are there .nfo files present or other video files, apart from the main movie?
will review and provide images later this week.
Also noticed that, after adding many entries to Music folder, nothing appears
in most cases, the entry simply has songs from the given album in either MP3 or *.wav formats
