PLEX DVR bug on web player

PLEX Version: 1.20.0.3181
DVR setup: HDHR Prime (FW ver. 20200521) & HDHR Connect (FW ver. 20200521)

I have 2 HDHR Live TV setups and 2 servers on my home network. Each server is linked to only one HDHR - one Prime (Cable Card) and 1 Connect (OTA antenna).

server 1 Live TV - (PRIME/Cable card only)
server 2 Live TV - (CONNECT/OTA only)

When I open up 1 server and select the Live TV guide, it displays the lineup correctly, but when I switch over to the other server/Live TV, it displays the lineup from the previous selection’s HDHR. For example, when I open up the Live TV (PRIME/Cable card) option on server 1, it displays my cable channels correctly, but when I select server 2 Live TV (CONNECT/OTA) it still displays my PRIME/Cable Card channel lineup. And vice versa. I can force it to refresh by selecting “HD Channels only” and then back to “All channels.”

Issue only verified on web player. Issue not present on iPHONE player.

what do you mean by vice versa here ? and I am not understanding the relevance of HD Only and All Channels

In Plex Web you should see both servers in the left side bar and below each server list of libraries, there is the “Live TV & DVR” entry for each of the servers

Clicking on each of the two “Live TV & DVR” buttons on the left should load a screen with headings of “Live TV & DVR” and below it the server name and in the middle you should see “WHAT’S ON GUIDE DVR SCHEDULE BROWSE” buttons
Clicking on “GUIDE” for each should give different guides

Could you get some screenshots going through these for each server

Also if you click on Settings button (top right) , you should see a drop-down in left side bar allowing you to pick a server. You can then click on the settings for “Live TV & DVR” for each of the server - please get screenshots for the two DVR Settings screens

Vice versa means the same thing happens when I choose my HDHR Prime guide after selecting the HDHR Connect guide. Basically, it only displays the channel guide for the HDHR/Server I chose first.

Sorting movies between HD ONLY and ALL forces the guide to refresh and display the correct guide.

Thanks - I will discuss with the development team and see if we can reproduce that. I do have DVRs on several servers and have not noticed the issue
