So I bought an HDHomeRun Extend and hooked it up to my antenna. I set it up in Plex, everything went fine. I recorded a news show and a movie, each of which went into two brand new libraries just for DVR TV & Movies.
When I play both back in the Plex web player & on Roku, the stream is corrupted. The length of the movie looks correct, but after some time the recording gets choppy/distorted and the audio cuts out. As it gets worse, it seems like it is skipping through the movie really fast.
What would be causing this? Is it a configuration issue? I’m noticing this behavior is consistent across different channels, so I doubt it’s the OTA reception. Also the first 1-2 minutes of the movie recording is just fine.
