Plex DVR cutting off 60 min TV shows at 42 minutes

Tuner Make/Model: HD Home Run Connect Duo
Guide/Lineup name: All Programs
Using XMLTV?: No
Channel number/Name: All Channels

All of my 60 minute recorded shows are only recording 42 minutes. I DO NOT have commercial skipping enabled. I have also checked, and I do not have overlapping programs being recorded, nor am I using both HD Home Run Tuners at the same time. It started doing this about 2 months ago. I tried also having it record 15 minutes past the end time, but it is still cutting off the recording. What else could be happening to cause this?

Nothing here has helped. I have tried multiple ways of recording. The recording just stops after 42 minutes, even when setting it to record longer than the scheduled time.

I received a message from another Employee that said this issue is more than likely one he has written about on other forum posts. Until you provide logs we can only guess. Using a Ramdrive?

It was the hard drive! I had installed an external drive for some other media I was using with Plex and somehow, I must have configured my DVR in the process to also write to that drive. It is formatted as FAT32, so it can’t store the hour long shows which are over 5GB! Problem solved, thank you!
