Plex DVR fails to record 1 show, tuner failure, others record

Two days in a row my Plex DVR has refused to record the same show. I have 6 tuners on 3 HDHomeRun devices. It failed with the following error yesterday and today. Yesterday it went on to record 3 other shows later in the evening, two of them on the same tuner that failed here. I’m running on Windows 10 Pro, Plex Server version 1.13.9.5456. This is the show my wife watches when she gets home for work, so, you know, it’s important

This is a known error that they are supposedly working on. I’m willing to be if you tried watching that channel live, you would get the error “Unable to Tune, No parts”. This can be temporarily fixed by restarting PMS.

Is this an error only the latest release? I’ve been using DVR since day one and I have never seen this particular error before.

It’s been around awhile. I see it mostly when I use the Live TV feature and then try to record a show afterwards.

Same error, has been occurring for past 3 months. Some shows record others do not!

The specific error in the log snippet above was addressed in 1.14.0.xxxx
Other causes of failure have also been resolved - eg timeout changes

Please ensure version 1.14.1.5488 or later used. If there are still issues please raise a new forum topic with debug logs and indication as to what failed and when
