Plex DVR Recording Failed - Please check your tuner

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488
Platform: PC running Windows 10 Pro x64 vers 1803 (OS Build 17134.523). Windows fully updated as of 24/1/19.
Tuner: Hauppauge PCTV 292e

Problem: I can tune a channel and watch it live. I can record live TV and watch it back. But my scheduled recordings fail with “Recording failed. Please check your tuner or antenna.” reported in Recordings / Calendar view GUI.

The problem can be seen at 07:45 in the logs (enclosed).

Am hoping someone might be able to help.

Sorry I’m not here to help you! I’m getting the same error message even though I’m running an HdHomeRun tuner under Windows 7. Live viewing works fine. Looks like no one (with any authority) wants to tackle this issue so far. Typical Plex support.
